For the more private family there is the Duplex Option, which includes Multiple Terraces, Storage Space in the condo, as well as a private living room on the top floor. It also includes all general amenities such as Greywater Re-use and Rainwater Irrigation systems, a Potable Water supply, Solar Heated Water , Wind Turbines and backup power (in case of power outages) and a Private Parking space inside the building. There will also be assigned Extra Storage Spaces for residents on the bottom levels of each building.
